Massage Policies

Scheduling- It is recommended that you schedule your sessions ahead of time; however walk-ins are occasionally available.

Cancellations/No Shows- If you should need to cancel your appointment, kindly do so within 24 hours notice or you will be charged for your session. Emergency cancellations will be determined at the therapist’s discretion.

Late- If you are late for your appointment, please understand that you may not be able to receive a full session. Sessions begin and end at scheduled times. If the session begins late due to you arriving late, it will end at the appointed time and you will be charged full price.

Client Illness- If you have a cold, flu, sore throat, stomach virus, poison ivy, skin rash, or anything else that may be considered contagious please reschedule your appointment.

Therapist Illness- If the therapist become ill before the appointment, the therapist will reschedule your appointment. If at any time the therapist becomes ill during the massage and needs to end the massage then the client will only pay for the services rendered and will receive 15 extra minutes added to their next massage.

*Please do not come to massage appointments under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

*Please arrive 15 minutes prior to session if you are a new client and at least 5 minutes prior to session if you are a returning client.

*Please be clean for treatment and refrain from eating a heavy meal less than 2 hours prior to treatment.

Ethics Policy

Therapeutic massage is strictly non-sexual. If client expresses interest in sexual massage, the therapist will terminate the massage immediately and payment for appointed service will be rendered in full
